Hello World!

It begins an epic journey.

My journey started one Christmas morning in 1986 with a box. What I didn’t know was that this box would contain a piece of equipment that would change my life as I knew it. I was too young to understand what Nintendo was but I sure as hell remember playing it. My biggest downfall was that I couldn’t get passed world 1-2 due to those stupid elevating bricks. What! I was 2.

As I grew, videogames became a unattainable joy. Friends would always have the newest consoles while I was stuck with Gold Rush by Sierra Entertainment. (Some may consider this child abuse.) Every now and then I would get a hand-me-down from my brother. My favorite was TurboGrafx-16. And my all time favorite game growing up was Air Zonk with Bonks Adventure a close second.

One day I had something that I never had before. A job. Making money, dolla bills. So I set out and bought my first video game and console all on my own an Xbox and Soulcalibur 2. I used to play everyday after work ‘till 10 pm . My boyfriend won’t play it with me because I can kick his ass in 15 seconds flat with any of 4 characters. I emasculate him daily.

When I started working at my current job I met this dude who was cool. He was as weird as me and would laugh at my fart jokes. We would talk all the time and eventually we came to the same conclusion, the world must know our opinions.

So it begins, our crusade. We’re placing the blinders on and letting you know that our way is truth and your way is the FAIL. Those who do not follow suit will find themselves being thrown into the portal to hell. BTW we’re not giving you a shotgun.
