Once again I am here to bring to you the news that once again we have gotten crap for the Virtual Console. Its week 74 of crap releases but we still are holding out hope for something at least worthwhile. Thank god I stopped holding my breath a long time ago because I would be bluer then smurf village.

So this week we have some choice crap that’s been shoveled. First on the WiiWare front is one of the most exciting games I’ve ever heard of. Penquins & Friends – Hey! That’s My Fish! Yup that’s really the title of that shit game. 800 Points.

Next we get one big old game for the Virtual Console. It seems the week’s where we got two games are far behind us. Its some old ass Commodore 64 game called Tower Toppler. I don’t know anything about this game so if someone out there has played it and likes it let me know. 500 Points.

The DSi store has been getting a lot of love since its release and this week is no exception. Those of you foolish enough to own a DSi right now will be happy to see that they have released some hardcore games for you. Animal Crossing Calculator and Animal Crossing Clock. Exciting. At least they are only 200 points each.

The funny thing about this is that I am a tad bit excited about the XBLA games coming out this week. Space Invaders Extreme, ARKANOID Live! and Zombie Wranglers. All look cool and all are only 800 XBox points instead of the seemingly now standard 1200.

How many weeks until the Turtles in Time remake comes out again?

    agree regarding XBLA. i’m gonna demo all 3 of this week’s games. space invaders extreme was tight on the DS. i’m worried about arkanoid, though. lack of a paddle controller makes me sad.

    Tower Toppler was the bomb back in the day. Graphics were among the top of the line, pseudo-3D goodness. Of course you would have to be born before Empire Strikes Back came out to even have a chance of knowing what this game is.
