PEWPEWPEW!

If this post were a set of directions, instructing you on the steps of how to get some Fallout 3 goodness in you, it would by all reasoning end after step one: Go download the new Fallout 3 DLC “Broken Steel” that dropped this morning. I guess if I had to put a step two in there it would be: Play the DLC. And if I had to have a step three, I guess it could be: HEY ARE YOU STILL READING THIS?

So yes, Broken Steel drops today. If you’re a Fallout freak like me, just reading those words creates a Pavlovian response. Someone get me a bib!

In case you’ve been living under a rock, the DLC bumps the level cap to 30 and completely wipes the ending of the game proper, allowing you to roam around the world and explore some of the new enemies and areas. For 800msp this is what DLC should be. I don’t know about you, but I’ve been working hard, earning those points with my cold hard dollars and I want the most bang for my buck possible. Broken Steel is looking to deliver.

If you want to get super pumped and commit frisbee sepuku, check out the trailer below.

Check out Major Nelson’s blog to add it to your download queue.

PEACE AMIGOS!

I heard that there are some issues with this just like The Pitt. Granted the only issues so far have been on the PC side but I’m going to wait a few days until I download this personally. But I can hardly wait myself!

Ha. Yeah, i just read that as well. So far 360 version is looking fine… I don’t know about the PS3 vers… OH RIGHT! No DLC for the PS3 version of Fallout 3. CAN NOT HAS! Yet another reason PS3 FAIL.

    I can has DLC? YEs

PS3 is fail, so sad. I almost got this for the PC, but my wife likes to watch me play these games. So big screen it is. She sits with the strat guide and I man the controls. Then eventually she gets upset because I am figuring things out before she can flip to the right page. :)

    I chose you 360!

We do the same thing. Jess coined the term: Rally Gaming. Sitting there with a co-driver is always better.
