XBLA Deal of the Week (is not): Bionic Commando [UPDATE]

Just announced on Major Nelson’s blog, the XBLA Deal of the Week is Bionic Commando Rearmed for the low price of 400msp. A PITTANCE REALLY!

I’ve been on the fence about this one myself. I hear it can be relentlessly difficult, much like the original, and do I really need another controller-thrower around? I digress. The pretty new graphics and the inclusion of co-op keep drawing me back to that narrow fence line and now that it’s 400 points, I’ve finally fallen over. I’m gonna pick this one up. I’m in for some co-op if any of you donkeys are on board.

UPDATE: Well, FUCK, looks like Mister Major HOT SHIT Nelson got some bad info, Bionic Commando IS NOT the deal of the week. Looks like some bullshit super hero costumes and shit instead. Well, fuck that. Nothing like discounting DLC for a game that’s what? 3 fucking years old? I would have picked up BC, but this shit is just LAME!
