So I don’t know if you all know this but the Wii is out. Apparently it’s been out for quite some time now but who knew? Frankly I play my Wii about once every three months and I’m a Nintendo fanboy. The problem is there just hasn’t been that many games that I want to play. I like to bowl like anyone else but there just isn’t that much on the system. Zelda was great. Galaxy tons of fun. Mario Kart? Eh. Smash Bros? Meh. Boom Blox?

Wait just a moment there. Boom Blox? Yeah, Boom Blox, the true KILLER APP for the Wii, one of the best games of last year by far. In my top 5 of the year and top three for the Wii ALL TIME. It’s an excellent game that is just pure fun. Well yesterday (really three day’s ago but some people had shipping problems so we are going with today) the sequel came out. It looks even better then the first and probably will be the next game I buy for the Wii. Sorry Punch-out but I gotta play you first before buying.

So enjoy the video above. Even though Spielberg is in it doing his trademark douchebag holding his hands under his chin move while he talks in the most pretentious manner possible – I still found it enjoyable.

    you got it launch day man Maryland sucks. I got off early to play it and had fun. There are certain tricks I can’t do. But all and all fun.
