So we have been bad this week. Our updates have been infrequent that’s for damn sure. But the truth of the matter is we all got very busy this week and some things had to go on the back burner. In fact I have like no time to be doing this right now but I had to get this week’s awesome Podcast up. Once again its a massive one. Long as hell frankly. Sorry folks we just got on a roll and kept going. Next week’s I promise will be short. No matter what.

Wait E3 is next week. Well it maybe a bit long again.

Regardless this podcast was a lot of fun to make and edit together. In fact I thought of a fun drinking game for it. Every time you hear the coin effect from Super Mario World do a shot. It’s sure to be a good time.

Anyway in this week’s adventure we discuss many many many things. Our guest was our friend Freddie who brought a fun monotonic sound to our cast. We discuss the weeks big news items. We go off topic and discuss the turd that is the last Indiana Jones movie, getting ‘Freddie in a car’ and prom. Also Punch out came out apparently.

Related to the EB games comments, the system linking with the DS is total bullshit as well. I saw the DS game with Connect 4, Battleship, and all that and decided to buy it. Twenty dollars for 4 games seemed like a sweet deal, except I didn’t realize that it wasn’t a “download play.” I noticed this AFTER I’d opened it, and went back to Best Buy to return it. The returns guy said they couldn’t accept it, so I got angry and explained the situation. They still wouldn’t accept it. So now I’m stuck with this useless piece of shit unless I buy another copy or two. And if that’s the case, why not buy the fucking board games. So fucking gay. It makes me want to punch Freddie in his bald head. BAM!

    Why you hating Dick, hahaha?

regarding trading in games and systems, gamestop won’t give you much, this is true, but you won’t get much more on craigslist, etc. if YOU don’t want an old xbox, what makes you think anyone else does? just because you paid $300 for it 5 years ago, doesn’t mean it’s still worth that. a thing is worth what someone is willing to pay for it, not a penny more than that. there are a billion copies of guitar hero 3 out there, that’s why i can’t get more than $5 offered for mine. simple economics.

also, i think indy 4 was a fine movie. it was fun and not serious. it was those things because it’s an INDIANA JONES movie. we’re not talking about the godfather trilogy or citizen kane or anything, it’s an action movie aimed at teenage boys.

I agree with Rick for the most part, but gamestop will give you 4 bucks for a game then sell it for 25. The craigslist thing is hard though, you wait and get a lot of flakes. I will never go back to gamestop though for that kind of shit.

The good thing to to would be to get someone who buys your games on craigslist and keep in contact with them.

I’m also looking into other options, I may also get a gamefly account for things that I know i don’t want to own.

Honestly though, I’ve taken to just keeping my games and creating a library. I’ve done the craigslist thing but I’m lazy.

    Also, I carry knives? WTF?

Also, Jess owned both of you. It was Peach in Super Mario Brothers. Daisy was in the gameboy game Super Mario Land, also a fly popped out instead of the princess in the level castles. OH DAISY!
