Scat

I got a minute long voice message the other night of a man just scatting on the phone. It was an unknown number so I am still unsure of who it was. It could have been my brother as some of the tones seemed to be his voice. But frankly I am unsure. It was a little unsettling since it went on for a minute. That is a long time to take or do any type of scatting.
