I know it has been a while and I dropped you guys like a hot potato, but I’m back with love and a side of cream cheese.

I’m not sure if you’ve realized it yet, but I’m addicted to chore simulators. What better way is there to spend your free time than by doing some virtual chores?  Be it baking cakes, dashing around a diner, cooking “evan betta than mamma”, day care, grocery store, flower shop or many, many more. I hit these games hard and fast, taking no prisoners and not asking for forgiveness. When I’m done, I shed them like a used sandwich baggy and commence looking for my next meal.

When I look around my house and see the dishes piling up in the sink I say, screw it. Why do chores in real life when I can simply load them up in my DS?

The next chore coming to the Wii and DS is Sushi Go Around and it’s part of SouthPeak’s “Eat Em Up”  games.

Set in a sushi restaurant, the back-story of the game goes a little like this: You’re a mobster forced on the run with nowhere else to go. You head to small town in Alaska renting a room from a Mr. Miyagi type who owns the sushi restaurant down stairs. You find your days filled with nothing to do and so you start to visit the sushi restaurant every day. The owner (Mr. Chow) puts you to work and ends up teaching you a few things about the life of sushi.  Instead of wax on, wax off, he teaches you the art of sushi on, sushi off, and ordering more supplies. Mr. Chow is soon called back to his motherland where his father is dying and he leaves you in charge of the restaurant.

This is were the game picks up.  You can play a web version of it here .

It has some cool features and if you have a DSI, you can take pictures of items IRL and the game will make them your sushi guests.  So you cloud have a full ensemble of political people and pretend you’re giving them food posing.

Would I buy this game?  Probably not, but will I play it ’till I’ve used it like a 2 cent whore!!!

OH P.S. The game comes out March 16.
