I absolutely love video game music. I especially love it when it is done by an orchestra. At PAX East I saw the Video Game Orchestra completely blow the minds of everyone there with their badassness. IF you ever have a chance to see them do it. It’ll make you fall in love all over again with your favorite games. The other type of video game remixes that I totally dig? The acapella’s. We’ve used them a few times as our opening themes (the Mario 64 Slide theme from episode 19 always makes me giggle). So when I stumbled upon the above video earlier you knew I just had to share it. It’s really well done even if the singer seems a bit off. Is it just me or does it seem like he is doing it inside a padded cell?
