Lance is the front man of the group and one-half of the brains behind the glorious operation that is Bonus Level. He is known for his loud mouth, terrible spelling, and propensity to mumble. His grammar leaves something to be desired as well. The idea of Bonus Level was co-created by him and his partner in “kryme” Jess over a delightful pizza lunch. She wanted to talk about her newest invention papercraft zombies, but as is evident from the podcasts, neither Lance nor Jess are capable of staying on topic for very long. He once saw a naked man appear out of thin air. No word on whether he was actually the naked man. His jobs on the site include being the great visionary of all things awesome, including the concept and implementation of Wallpaper Fridays, posting his illustrious opinions and takes on the news, and being one of the hosts of Bonus Level Radio.

Jess is the other half of the brain trust responsible for bringing Bonus Level to fruition. Around here we like to call her the original girl gamer. Why? Because she doesn’t take shit from anybody. She’s traveled the whole country kicking ass and taking names. Half of her mind went into it. The other half was eaten by robot zombies. Robot zombies, you say? Yes, robot zombies. She created the evil avatars of humantity with magic she learned from a great sorcerer that she worked for as a summer job in between building award winning sandcastles and running a detective agency. Her jobs on the site include co-hosting the weekly podcast and creating disturbing photoshops.

Paul is a man of great mystery. Not much is known about his past. Some have persuasively argued that he is from the future, sent back to try to stop a robot zombie armada. He may have already been too late. What is known about him is that he is a master of the graphic arts. And curling. The man loves to curl. This has led to some speculation that he is not really an American, but actually of British decent. Some have sworn to have heard him utter such statments as, “God save the King,” (a further argument to the sent back from the future theory) and confusing the United States with a different United States – of Europe. His jobs on the site include that of chief designer and opinion maker/giver. He can be heard routinely on the podcast, keeping the robot zombies at bay. He also came up and launched the concept of Webgame Mondays, which has been a fantastic success.
